Job Description
  1. Monitor and control all food and beverage operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement F&B policies, procedures, and standards in line with hotel/restaurant goals.
  3. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  4. Conduct inventory control, stock management, and purchasing of food, beverages, and supplies.
  5. Analyze profit & loss statements for F&B outlets and implement corrective actions.
  6. Monitor wastage, portion control, and cost-saving measures to optimize margins.
  7. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Oversee vendor relations, procurement contracts, and quality compliance.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on sales, costs, and profitability to senior management.
  10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
