Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals through multiple channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Develop job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, training institutes, and staffing agencies
