Job Description
  1. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff in hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.
  2. Ensure all rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained to the required standards.
  3. Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance issues.
  4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and housekeeping equipment.
  5. Train, schedule, and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
  6. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with hotel or organization standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  8. Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
  9. Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
  10. Maintain records of room status, cleaning schedules, and staff attendance.
