Position: HR - Admin

We are seeking a reliable and organized HR - Admin to manage and coordinate human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment processes, employee engagement, and day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  3. Handle payroll support, employee documentation, and statutory compliance.
  4. Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  5. Ensure smooth administrative operations such as facility management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  6. Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and warnings when required.
  7. Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and followed.
  8. Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
  9. Address employee queries regarding HR and administrative issues in a timely manner.
