Job Description
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  2. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
  3. Handle employee engagement activities, grievance management, and maintain healthy workplace culture.
  4. Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  5. Support in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  6. Coordinate training and development programs for employee growth.
  7. Conduct performance management activities and appraisals.
  8. Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  9. Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
  10. Work closely with management to drive HR initiatives and business objectives.
