Job Description
  1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding).
  2. Manage employee documentation, HR records, and personnel files.
  3. Handle attendance, leave management, and daily HR operations.
  4. Support payroll processing and maintain related data.
  5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  7. Address basic employee grievances and escalate when required.
  8. Manage induction and orientation for new employees.
  9. Maintain HR MIS reports and prepare required HR dashboards.
  10. Coordinate training & development activities.
  11. Support exit formalities, full & final settlement, and clearance.
