Job Description
  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain employee records, HR database, and HRMS systems.
  3. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  4. Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  5. Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other documentation.
  6. Plan and execute employee engagement and training activities.
  7. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) as per labor laws.
  8. Handle exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  10. Coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters.
