Job Description
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Drive talent acquisition planning and ensure quality hiring across departments.
  3. Create, update & enforce HR policies and procedures.
  4. Oversee performance management system, appraisal cycles, and KPI frameworks.
  5. Manage compensation & benefits structure, salary benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
  6. Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen workplace culture.
  7. Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions.
  8. Ensure legal compliance—labor laws, PF/ESI/PT, statutory audits, HR documentation.
  9. Lead training & development programs, succession planning, and career growth initiatives.
  10. Maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and decision-making reports for management.
  11. Collaborate with leadership teams for workforce planning and organizational development.
  12. Drive digital HR transformation (HRMS/HRIS implementation).
  13. Ensure smooth HR operations across all branches/locations (if multi-site).
