Job Description
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  3. Oversee employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
  4. Handle payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
  5. Design and implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR, appraisal process).
  6. Plan and conduct training & development programs to upskill employees.
  7. Monitor and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
  8. Prepare and maintain HR reports, analytics, and employee records.
  9. Ensure smooth handling of exit interviews, full & final settlements, and offboarding.
  10. Partner with management to forecast staffing needs and support organizational growth.
