Job Description

Handle in-house coordination between sales, operations, dispatch, and management.
Manage customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups (no fieldwork).
Maintain data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
Prepare reports, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices (as required).
Assist the sales/operations team with backend support.
Follow up with vendors, clients, or internal departments.
Maintain daily MIS reports and update ERP/Tally/CRM (if used).
Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and email communication.
Ensure smooth internal workflow and timely task completion.
Support management in day-to-day office activities.
