Job Description
  1. Identify and approach potential institutional clients within the assigned region or segment.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Present and promote company products/services to institutional clients.
  4. Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  8. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings to expand market reach.
  9. Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management.
