Job Description

Install, inspect, and maintain instruments such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters.

Calibrate instruments and control systems as per process requirements and standards.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance of field instruments and control panels.

Troubleshoot faults in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and related instrumentation systems.

Ensure accurate functioning of kiln, raw mill, coal mill, and cement mill instrumentation.

Monitor and repair weighing systems, gas analyzers, belt scales, and rotary packers.

Maintain logs, calibration records, and maintenance history as per audit requirements.
