Job Description
  1. Assist clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and claims processing
  2. Handle documentation verification and policy issuance support
  3. Follow up on premium payments, renewals, and due policies
  4. Maintain and update customer records and insurance databases
  5. Support sales team with lead follow-ups and client communications
  6. Generate MIS reports and maintain compliance records
  7. Coordinate with TPAs, underwriters, and other insurance partners
  8. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  9. Stay updated on insurance products, schemes, and regulatory guidelines
