Job Description
  1. Lead and manage the internal IT support / service desk team.
  2. Handle escalated technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Monitor and manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
  4. Ensure SLA adherence and service quality standards.
  5. Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  6. Manage Active Directory, user access, and permissions.
  7. Administer Microsoft 365 / O365, email, and collaboration tools.
  8. Support network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  9. Oversee IT asset management and software licensing.
  10. Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC services.
  11. Conduct periodic system audits and security checks.
  12. Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base.
