Job Description
  1. Support the implementation and documentation of PQMS procedures as per company standards.
  2. Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, forms, checklists, and work instructions.
  3. Maintain and control all QA/QMS-related documents (manuals, records, formats).
  4. Help coordinate internal audits and external audits (customer, certification, or regulatory).
  5. Track and follow up on non-conformances (NCs), CAPA, and deviations to ensure timely closure.
  6. Collect and compile quality data, reports, and records for analysis.
  7. Assist in monitoring process compliance and product quality parameters.
  8. Support in training and awareness programs related to quality, hygiene, and PQMS standards.
  9. Coordinate with production and QA for change control and document updates.
  10. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  11. Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 standards.
