Job Description
  1. Perform tests for moisture, fat, protein, ash, acidity, pH, FFA, PV, TPC, etc.
  2. Analyze oil, seasoning, and packaging material quality.
  3. Maintain and calibrate lab instruments (pH meter, oven, spectrophotometer, etc.).
  4. Record and report test results, COA, and deviations.
  5. Ensure GMP, hygiene, and documentation compliance.
  6. Support QA, Production, and R&D teams during process checks or product trials.
