Job Description
  1. Conduct laboratory tests and experiments in line with standard procedures.
  2. Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissues, chemicals, etc.).
  3. Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments and equipment (microscopes, centrifuges, analyzers, etc.).
  4. Record and interpret test data, prepare reports, and assist in diagnosis or research.
  5. Follow safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols to ensure a contamination-free environment.
  6. Support pathologists, doctors, or scientists in carrying out advanced tests.
  7. Label, store, and manage samples and reagents properly.
  8. Monitor inventory of chemicals, solutions, and consumables.
  9. Perform quality control checks on lab processes and results.
  10. Ensure compliance with ISO, NABL, or other relevant lab standards.
  11. Assist in training junior lab staff or interns as required.
