Lead NPD activities for complex components using 5-axis CNC machining
Conduct feasibility analysis, process planning, and cycle-time optimization
Develop machining strategies, tooling, and fixtures for new products
Create and validate CNC programs for 5-axis machines
Coordinate prototype development, trials, and first-off approvals
Work closely with design, quality, production, and customer teams
Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, and quality standards
Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and innovation initiatives
Lead and mentor NPD engineers and machinists
Support customer interactions, technical discussions, and audits
