Job Description
  1. Lead NPD activities for CNC turning of small & medium components
  2. Perform feasibility studies, cycle-time analysis, and process planning
  3. Develop CNC turning programs and machining strategies
  4. Select tools, inserts, and fixtures for new product development
  5. Manage prototype trials, first-off approvals, and process validation
  6. Coordinate with design, quality, production, and customer teams
  7. Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA requirements
  8. Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and value engineering
  9. Lead and mentor NPD engineers and CNC operators
  10. Support customer technical discussions and audits
