Job Description
  1. Supervise and lead the PE Machining Centre operations
  2. Set up, operate, and monitor CNC/PE machines for component manufacturing
  3. Ensure production targets are met with high quality and precision
  4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance
  5. Implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  6. Train and mentor machine operators and junior staff
  7. Coordinate with production planning, quality, and engineering teams
  8. Maintain tooling, fixtures, and inventory for the machining centre
  9. Conduct inspections to ensure components meet dimensional and quality standards
  10. Maintain safety and compliance standards in the shop floor
