  1. Lead PE Mechatronics operations for CNC / Machining Centres
  2. Oversee setup, operation, and optimization of CNC machining centres
  3. Manage integration of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
  4. Ensure production targets, cycle time, and quality standards are met
  5. Troubleshoot CNC, PLC, electrical, and mechanical issues
  6. Implement process improvements, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives

  8. Supervise, train, and mentor operators and technicians
  9. Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and quality standards
