Job Description
  1. Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measurement tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.)
  2. Understanding of manufacturing and assembly line processes
  3. Familiarity with engineering drawings and tolerances
  4. Ability to identify visual defects such as dents, scratches, and misalignments
  5. Experience in recording inspection data and preparing daily reports
  6. Understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems (preferred)
  7. Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen practices
  8. Basic understanding of root cause analysis and corrective actions
