Job Description
  1. Supervise and monitor daily activities on the production/assembly line.
  2. Assign tasks and guide team members to achieve production goals.
  3. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  4. Monitor equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
  5. Train, coach, and support workers to improve skills and performance.
  6. Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
  7. Identify and resolve issues related to productivity, quality, or manpower.
  8. Record and report daily production data, shift reports, and incidents.
  9. Collaborate with production managers to implement process improvements.
  10. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations.
