Job Description
  1. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for all production and utility equipment.
  2. Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns in coordination with production teams.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and condition monitoring of machinery.
  4. Maintain and service mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  5. Supervise machine installation, commissioning, and alignment of new equipment.
  6. Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
  7. Prepare and follow maintenance schedules (daily / weekly / monthly).
  8. Ensure proper functioning of utility systems such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, and DG sets.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, spare parts, and technical support.
  10. Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures.
  11. Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S / Kaizen practices.
  12. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental standards.
  13. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and energy efficiency.
