Job Description
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials, equipment, and services.
  2. Manage end-to-end purchase cycle: requisition, vendor selection, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
  3. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors and service providers.
  4. Monitor service contracts and SLAs for outsourced services, maintenance, and support.
  5. Evaluate and improve vendor performance; maintain a reliable vendor database.
  6. Collaborate with accounts, production, operations, and logistics teams for smooth procurement and service delivery.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
  8. Prepare purchase reports, budget tracking, and cost analysis for management review.
  9. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
  10. Resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues with suppliers and service providers.
