Job Description
  1. Develop and implement the organization’s Learning & Development strategy.
  2. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills, competencies, and performance.
  3. Design, plan, and deliver training programs (soft skills, technical, leadership, behavioral, etc.).
  4. Create and update training materials, modules, presentations, and e-learning content.
  5. Manage and monitor the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery and tracking.
  6. Prepare and execute annual training calendars aligned with business goals.
  7. Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  8. Lead leadership development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  9. Evaluate training effectiveness and measure Training ROI using assessments and feedback.
  10. Maintain training records, reports, dashboards, MIS, and compliance documentation.
  11. Partner with HR, department heads, and senior management to support organizational development initiatives.
  12. Handle onboarding & induction programs for new employees.
  13. Ensure training programs support performance improvement and employee engagement.
