Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Planning & Execution Manager to lead operations excellence across planning, coordination, vendor management, and execution. The role demands a detail-oriented professional who can manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards while fostering strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and monitor budgets, inventory, and schedules to ensure efficiency.
  2. Drive timely project completion through structured planning and execution.
  3. Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor development to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  4. Prepare MIS reports, cost-to-complete analyses, and project dashboards.
  5. Lead cross-functional coordination, team alignment, and stakeholder reviews.
  6. Ensure safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives across projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5–10 years’ construction/interior project management experience.
  2. Strong project planning, budget control, and vendor management expertise.
  3. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera/ERP tools preferred.
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
