Job Description
  1. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
  2. Troubleshoot mechanical failures in plant machinery
  3. Maintain and service equipment such as CNC machines, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, boilers
  4. Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime
  5. Implement TPM and maintenance improvement initiatives
  6. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
  7. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records
  8. Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) and quality standards
  9. Support shutdown and overhauling activities
  10. Maintain documentation and maintenance logs
