  1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports
  2. Maintain and update data in ERP/CRM systems
  3. Analyze operational performance metrics and identify trends
  4. Monitor KPIs such as productivity, TAT, inventory, and dispatch
  5. Coordinate with various departments for data collection
  6. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
