Job Description
  1. Lead new product development projects from concept to production.
  2. Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
  3. Perform feasibility analysis, costing, and timeline planning.
  4. Develop product designs, process plans, and manufacturing routes.
  5. Coordinate with design, production, quality, tooling, and sourcing teams.
  6. Manage prototype development, trials, and pilot runs.
  7. Conduct DFMEA / PFMEA and risk analysis.
  8. Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO / IATF / customer standards).
  9. Support PPAP / APQP and customer approvals (if applicable).
  10. Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement.
  11. Monitor NPD timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
