  6. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and process optimization.
  7. Review supplier quotations and provide cost justification.
  8. Collaborate with sourcing and supplier development teams for cost validation.
  9. Monitor and control project cost targets during prototype and pre-production stages.
  10. Prepare cost reports and present findings to management and project teams.
