Job Description
  1. Develop new products (NPD) based on customer specifications and market requirements.
  2. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
  3. Create and maintain engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
  4. Coordinate with production, quality, and tool room teams for product development and manufacturing feasibility.
  5. Conduct design validation, testing, and prototype development.
  6. Analyze and improve existing product designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
  8. Support process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  9. Communicate with customers or internal teams regarding technical specifications and design changes.
