Job Description
  1. Develop innovative product concepts and convert them into manufacturable designs.
  2. Prepare 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessment for new products.
  4. Create prototypes and perform product testing & validation.
  5. Work closely with R&D, design, production, quality, and procurement teams.
  6. Prepare and maintain NPD documentation (BOM, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP).
  7. Execute product trials and support manufacturing during pilot runs.
  8. Identify design improvements and implement engineering changes.
  9. Ensure new products meet technical specifications, standards, and safety norms.
  10. Coordinate with vendors for material selection, sample approval, and tooling development.
  11. Support post-launch improvement activities.
