Job Description
  1. Research and identify new product opportunities based on market trends, consumer demand, and competitor analysis.
  2. Assist in concept development, formulation, and prototyping of new products.
  3. Coordinate with R&D, production, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing teams for new product trials.
  4. Develop and maintain product specifications, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
  5. Conduct lab-scale and plant-scale trials for new and improved formulations.
  6. Evaluate and approve raw materials, packaging materials, and alternate suppliers.
  7. Support costing, feasibility analysis, and pricing of new products.
  8. Ensure regulatory compliance with FSSAI and relevant standards for new product launches.
  9. Manage the timeline and execution of NPD projects from concept to market launch.
  10. Track product performance, shelf-life studies, and collect feedback for improvements.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning and launch plans.
  12. Continuously review existing product lines for improvement and innovation.
