Job Description
  1. Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
  2. Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.).
  3. Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.
  4. Support end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Go-Live).
  5. Configure Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and OTBI reports.
  6. Support data migration and integration activities.
  7. Conduct SIT, UAT, and user training sessions.
  8. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
  9. Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and test scripts.
  10. Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors.
