  1. Lead full-cycle Oracle ERP / Fusion / EBS implementation projects.
  2. Gather and analyze business requirements; perform gap analysis.
  3. Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).
  4. Design solution architecture and integration frameworks.
  5. Develop functional & technical specifications documents.
  6. Support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.
  7. Provide post-implementation support and system optimization.
  8. Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
  9. Manage client communication and project timelines.
