Job Description
  1. Supervise daily packing operations on the production floor
  2. Ensure packaging is done as per SOPs and company guidelines
  3. Verify product labeling, batch numbers, and expiry dates
  4. Maintain packing material inventory and report shortages
  5. Coordinate with QC team for quality checks before dispatch
  6. Ensure proper documentation (batch records, packing records, logs)
  7. Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
  8. Train packing staff and monitor performance
  9. Reduce packing errors, damages, and wastage
  10. Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch planning
