Supervise and coordinate daily painting activities on site or in the paint shop
Allocate work to painters and ensure timely completion as per production/project plan
Inspect surface preparation, primer, and final coating quality
Ensure correct paint mixing, shade matching, and application methods
Monitor use of tools, spray guns, paint booths, and safety equipment
Maintain quality standards and minimize rework and material wastage
Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and environmental norms
Coordinate with production, maintenance, or project teams
Maintain daily work reports, material consumption, and manpower records
Train and guide painters on proper techniques and safety practices
