Job Description
  1. Prepare and manage the cold kitchen / pantry section, including salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts.
  2. Ensure proper mise en place (preparation of ingredients and station setup) before service.
  3. Assist in plating and presentation of dishes according to quality standards.
  4. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the pantry section.
  5. Follow recipes and portion control instructions to ensure consistency.
  6. Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth workflow during service.
  7. Handle inventory of ingredients and report shortages to senior chefs.
  8. Assist senior chefs during peak hours and special events.
  9. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
  10. Participate in training and development as required.
