Job Description
  1. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly & monthly production plans
  2. Coordinate with production, purchase, store & quality departments
  3. Ensure material availability as per production schedule
  4. Issue work orders / production orders
  5. Monitor production progress vs plan and take corrective actions
  6. Maintain production MIS, reports & documentation
  7. Control WIP (Work in Progress) and optimize production flow
  8. Support on-time delivery and capacity planning
  9. Handle schedule changes, shortages & priority orders
  10. Assist in continuous improvement & process optimization
