Job Description
  1. Implement and maintain the Product Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 standards (as applicable).
  3. Prepare, update, and control SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Quality Manuals.
  4. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors (certification / customer audits).
  5. Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes for non-conformances.
  6. Monitor, review, and report quality KPIs (defects, rejections, deviations, etc.).
  7. Ensure timely closure of deviations, change controls, and complaints.
  8. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D to ensure PQMS adherence.
  9. Manage and update document control systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  10. Facilitate training programs for employees on PQMS, GMP, hygiene, and audit readiness.
  11. Assist in product traceability and batch documentation compliance.
  12. Maintain audit readiness and continuous improvement in PQMS-related activities.
  13. Conduct root cause analysis for product or process quality issues.
  14. Ensure alignment with corporate and customer quality standards.
