  1. Plan and monitor daily production activities.
  2. Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
  3. Manage manpower, machines and material utilization.
  4. Monitor pump/motor manufacturing processes.
  5. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  6. Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance and Purchase.
  7. Reduce rejection, wastage and production downtime.
  8. Maintain production reports and records.
  9. Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
  10. Ensure safety and SOP compliance on the shop floor.
