Job Description
  1. Supervise daily snack manufacturing operations such as mixing, frying, baking, seasoning, and packaging.
  2. Ensure adherence to production schedules and achieve daily/shift targets.
  3. Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, time, oil levels, seasoning ratios, etc.) for product consistency.
  4. Oversee manpower allocation and shift planning for production lines.
  5. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, FSSAI, and internal quality standards.
  6. Maintain coordination between production, maintenance, quality, and packaging departments.
  7. Record and maintain production data, yield reports, wastage, and downtime analysis.
  8. Supervise raw material handling, storage, and proper usage to minimize losses.
  9. Ensure machine cleanliness and equipment hygiene before and after operations.
  10. Assist in new product trials and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  11. Conduct on-floor training for operators and workers regarding safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
  12. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, oil, and packaging materials and raise requisitions as required.
  13. Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen practices to improve productivity.
  14. Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
