Job Description
  1. Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
  2. Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  3. Monitor production line quality parameters and record findings.
  4. Perform sampling, testing, and documentation as per SOPs.
  5. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformance issues.
  6. Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve quality problems.
  7. Maintain QC reports, checklists, and daily logs.
  8. Ensure machines and instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly.
  9. Follow GMP, ISO, FSSAI, or industry-specific standards.
  10. Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance guidelines are followed on the shop floor.
  11. Support audits and assist in CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
  12. Report any quality failures to the QA/Production Manager.
