Job Description

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards.
Allocate work to employees and monitor their performance.
Train, guide, and motivate team members for improved productivity.
Maintain records of production, attendance, and shift activities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
Implement safety rules and ensure a clean, disciplined work environment.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Report production progress, challenges, and solutions to management.
