Job Description
  1. Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and deliverables.
  4. Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
  5. Track project budget, expenses, and cost control.
  6. Prepare and submit regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
  7. Identify project risks and report issues to the Project Manager.
  8. Conduct and document project meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
  9. Ensure quality standards and compliance for all project activities.
  10. Support in project closure, handover, and post-implementation documentation.
  11. Maintain smooth communication between all project stakeholders.
