Job Description
  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.
  2. Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  3. Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams.
  4. Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  5. Monitor and track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
  6. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive solutions.
  7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  8. Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
  9. Implement Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (where applicable).
  10. Build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  11. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process and workflow optimization.
