Job Description
  1. Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors
  2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet company needs
  3. Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO)
  4. Monitor stock levels and reorder materials timely
  5. Coordinate with warehouse, accounts & production teams
  6. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  7. Track deliveries and resolve supplier issues
  8. Conduct vendor performance evaluations
  9. Assist in cost analysis & budgeting related to purchases
