Job Description
  1. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products
  2. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained
  3. Prepare and maintain quality reports and inspection records
  4. Identify defects and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  5. Use quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, and Pareto Analysis
  6. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies
  7. Coordinate with production, purchase, and design teams for quality improvement
  8. Handle customer complaints and implement corrective measures
  9. Perform calibration of measuring instruments
  10. Conduct internal quality audits when required
