Job Description
  1. Perform in-process, final, and incoming material inspection as per QC standards.
  2. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks using measuring instruments.
  3. Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  4. Record inspection results and prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and documentation.
  5. Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues; escalate non-conformities to supervisors.
  6. Maintain and ensure calibration of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
  7. Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated defects.
  8. Ensure products meet ISO, ASTM, or company-specific quality standards.
  9. Coordinate with production, machining, and dispatch teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  10. Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  11. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
